How much does luggage storage cost?

From €2.50 per bag per day depending on size, plus a flat €1.90 booking & insurance fee per bag — everything is shown clearly before you pay. No platform commission on top.

How long can I store my luggage?

From a few hours to several days. You choose your drop-off and pick-up times when booking, and pay for the days you need.

Is my luggage safe and insured?

Yes. Bags are stored inside our staffed shop, individually tagged and photographed on intake, and every booking is insured.

Where exactly are you located?

We're in central Lisbon, a short walk from Rossio and Baixa. The exact address and map are in your confirmation email and on the Find us section.

What if I pick up later than booked?

No problem — just let us know. Any extra days are charged at the same flat daily rate when you collect.

What can't I store?

Accepted Answer

For everyone's safety we can't accept perishable, fragile, illegal, or hazardous items, or anything of exceptional value (cash, jewellery, electronics beyond normal travel items). Full list is in our Terms.

Question 7

What if I lose my tag card?

Accepted Answer

Your numbered tag card is your claim ticket. If you lose it, a €5 replacement fee applies and we'll verify your booking by reference and email before releasing your bags.

Question 8

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancellation is free with a full refund any time before your scheduled drop-off time. After that, bookings are non-refundable (including no-shows).
